About the Event
Many pastors believe that all the gifts of the Spirit are for today, but most are actually practical cessationists because it doesn't affect their daily life and ministry. This is despite the fact that 1 Corinthians 12:31 charges us, "But earnestly desire the higher gifts." Additionally, 1 Corinthians 14:1 instructs us to "pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy." The purpose of Pursuit is to equip pastors to rightly handle the Word of God and pursue the supernatural move of the Holy Spirit through the gifts of the Spirit for the "common good" of the body (1 Cor. 12:7). In these 3 days, you'll get practical guidelines and insights on helping your church fully leverage all of the gifts of the Spirit in a biblical, Christ-honoring manner.Featuring:
